Why Our Campus?

University Campus is located in one of the most desirable parts of the city. Surrounded by the fully residential neighbourhood, safe away from the tourist crowds. Want to live like a true Praguester? Well, Vinohrady is then your superb choice.

We are a mere two minute walking distance from Namesti Miru where all bus, tram, and metro stations are located. The connectivity throughout the day and night is phenomenal. For those fitter ones, walking into most parts of the central areas will not be a problem either. Area has an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafes, and countless number of grocery shops, parks. Anything else?


Every bedroom is located in a stand alone apartment. There are maximum of 2 or 3 apartments per each floor. This means, students living in one apartment only share adjacent bathroom and kitchen facilities private to that unit only.

Apartments vary in size but you can expect generally to be in apartments for 4-6 people at most. Maximum number of students within same bedroom – two.

There is a self-service laundry room with a professional set up. No waiting lines, easy to use. Just bring your clothes and coins – you’re good to go. The machines automatically feed softener and detergent. There also are drying machines available and additional storage units if requested.

Further, there is 24/7 internet connection throughout the entire campus. It is fully roaming regardless of your position within the premises. Each bedroom also features stand alone Ethernet socket for a direct connectivity.

Safety and Security:

Security is paramount. The campus features all around alarm system that keeps an eye on the premises 24 hours every day of the year. It is remotely connected to the central patrol system that react to any disturbances with deployment of a security dispatch vehicle. Where warranted, also alarming national police and/or emergency services.

We also have a night service security that patrols the residences during select night hours.

Access itself to to the building is restricted via electronic chips and offers day/night variability to all tenants. The access to each individual apartment is further regulated through separate security fire door that uses special entrance keys as well.

Certified fire corridor including fire safety features is present throughout the entire building and are regularly inspected. All to ensure that emergency exits are at the most optimal adjustments.

Further, common areas of the campus (including all the entrances/exits) are under nonstop recorded surveillance through dedicated CCTV system.

Community Manager

Our campus employs services of a dedicated community manager who ensures that every student is at the center of their attention. It is an actual human being (not just a phone or an e-mail) that gets what a student needs, wants, and is eager to help in every situation.

Our CM holds regular office hours free of any work load distraction to ensure that bandwidth for quality interactions. Looking for something specific? Want to just have a chat? Come to our office on premises and we’re happy to help.

Value for money:

Nothing against IKEA, but don’t look for such references at our premises. All apartments are furnished with customer made, highly durable with quality finish items. Be it beds with anatomic mattresses, dressers and desks made to fit each individual room, or wooden warm elements throughout. Units below the bed and boxes on the wall create additional storage space. Each bedroom also features its own lockable safe compartment. Thus, no need to furnish the bedrooms yourselves, everything is ready to move in. Also, each contract is individual and unique. You don’t have to sign up for the whole flat and carry responsibilities with that associated. Everything is all included (utilities, unlimited internet, services, cleaning) within one on one arrangement with each student.

So bottom line – yes – our services don’t come cheap. But we also don’t compromise on anything we do. In order to do it right and to do it well – it takes resources. We trust we bring value in exchange for your commitment.

The apartments are very spacious with the area ranging from approx. 65 m2 to 130 m2, and the area of the individual bedrooms from 10 m2 to 12 m2 (single rooms) and from 13 to 27 m2 (double rooms).

All the apartments have a kitchen equipped with modern appliances: an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer unit and a dishwasher. The kitchens also have all the necessary utensils and enough space for food preparation.

All apartments have their private bathroom amenities. All bathrooms have a shower or a combination of a shower and a bathtub.
